Private enclosed patio,massage chair, treadmill,infared sauna, nice backyard. Rental comes with The Bird's Nest, a private self contained unit for a solo person, with private entrance, single bed, toilet, sink and great windows for fresh air, the perfect spot for a visiting friend or relative, teenager etc to have their own private space. this space alone is a popular Sedona rental for $100 a night.
House has a nice guest room but is best for a couple, a solo person or a couple of friends. A well behaved pet can be discussed.
Good references required.
Please note this home has a swamp cooler which keeps things cooler but not ice cold like AC. The property is surrounded with mature trees and gets minimal direct sun.
I'll probably only be able to consider renting this to a person who is able to view in person or send someone in their place. I will send a link to photos at your request. But please note that a message including info on yourself and your trip would be valuable in helping make the best fit for both of us.
Update: it has been rented for the month of August but July is still available and possible September.
