Beach Building Specialties has been serving Arizona's commercial construction industry for nearly 80 years, and we're looking to add another great installer to our team.
We have several large commercial projects in the Prescott area that will keep our crews busy for many months, with additional work expected beyond that. We're looking for someone who wants steady work and takes pride in building something they'll be proud to walk away from.
We're Looking for a Craftsman
We're not just looking for someone who can hang materials.
We're looking for someone who:
Takes pride in doing quality work.
Works efficiently without cutting corners.
Pays attention to the little details.
Wants every job to finish with little to no punch list.
Is dependable and shows up ready to work.
Works well as part of a small crew.
Represents our company professionally on the jobsite.
If you're the kind of person who stands back at the end of the day and wants to be proud of what you built, you'll fit in well at Beach.
If you have strong construction experience but haven't installed all of these products, we're willing to train the right person.
What You'll Be Doing
Installing commercial building specialties on schools, hospitals, offices, and other commercial projects.
Working with a crew of 2–3 installers.
Reading plans and installation details.
Producing clean, professional installations.
Communicating with our office through simple daily logs and mobile technology.
Helping solve field issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
Pay
$22–30/hour, depending on experience.
Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
Experienced installers with FRP, Acrovyn, or Division 10 experience can earn toward the top of the pay range.
Must live in the Flagstaff area.
What We're Looking For
Commercial construction experience preferred.
Experience with FRP and Acrovyn is a major plus.
Ability to lift construction materials.
Reliable transportation.
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for communication and daily reporting.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
