AJ Employment Services is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Flagstaff area.
We’re specifically looking for somebody with strong painting skills.
If you’re the type of person who would rather show your skills than sit through multiple interviews, this may be a good fit for you.
A lot of good maintenance technicians aren’t interested in jumping through hoops. They just want an opportunity to get to work and prove themselves.
That’s what we help facilitate.
Responsibilities:
• Interior painting
• Drywall repair and patching
• Apartment turns and make readies
• Completing maintenance work orders
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• General apartment and property maintenance
• Helping maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community
Requirements:
• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong painting experience required
• Experience with apartment turns preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
Required basic tools include:
• Screwdrivers
• Pliers
• Wrench set
• Channel locks
• Drill
• Basic hand tools used in apartment maintenance
This is not an entry level position for somebody with zero experience.
We’re looking for somebody dependable who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can contribute immediately without constant supervision.
