Hi! I need to move out of my apartment this month and urgently need to find someone to take over the lease. It's for the standard bedroom in a two bed/one bath apartment at The Jack (floorplan H). The apartment complex is right next to the Downtown Connection Center bus stop and is within walking distance of both downtown Flag and NAU North Campus. I do not have a parking pass, but there is an attached garage that you can get a pass for. There is also street parking.

Roommate is a longtime friend of mine, she's very nice and usually keeps to herself.

Rent is $1159 per month plus usually around $20 for utilities. Lease goes through mid July. I will be moving out during NAU finals week and you can move in after that. December rent is already covered.
