And while we are used by professional athletes, we are primarily dedicated to reducing fracture risk by increasing bone density, balance, and muscular strength using our science-backed, patented system.
The Roles: This combination provides variety and makes you more valuable.
Front Desk
You, at the Front Desk, are the face of the company. This is an extremely important role! You’ll greet people with care and a smile, realizing that they are what makes our organization work. They are the lifeblood. You’ll be in charge of our computer and all of the records and files for the organization.
Session Coach
As a Session Coach, you will work one-on-one with members, guiding them through their weekly session, ensuring safety and proper form. You’ll provide encouragement and education while helping members achieve life-changing results.

• Computer Capable – Moderately tech savvy and enjoy learning new computer skills and software.
• Healthy – You value and practice a healthy lifestyle

What You’ll Do
• Greet each person with a smile, whether in-person or on the phone
• Educate & motivate members about skeletal strength and overall wellness
• Support daily operations, including scheduling, member follow-ups, filing, computer work, and basic center upkeep
• Coach members through weekly OsteoStrong® sessions
• Maintain a clean, positive, and professional center environment
