RN Energy Healer seeking work trade on an estate / ranch / mansion (Sedona)

SEEKING: 2 room or 1 large room for my personal & Energy Healing practice space.
This could be full or part time. I have an option to stay with family in Cottonwood part time.
I don’t have a current client base, so there would be very little guests on my behalf. As the practice grows I would most likely obtain my own office space.
I’ve worked on farms and ranches in the past and I have a lot of skills to share.

About me: Easy going laid back 58yo white male with a new age orientation & former nurse practitioner (not currently licensed). I’m very active & healthy; vegetarian for 15+ years. I have very strong organization skills, to include: setting up and operating a botanical extraction laboratory, horticulture, house painting & speed cleaning, high end restaurant work. I’m semi-skilled in carpentry, electrical & plumbing. I have great manors and people skills but like working on my own. I have no debt, no kids, no pets & no drama :)
