Howdy! My name is Ray Almada. I'm a U.S. Army veteran and retired golf instructor with 20+ years of teaching. Currently, I'm living in Phoenix Arizona, and I want to move to Flagstaff. I'm willing to pay up to $875.00 for a private room and bath, however we can negotiate. Also, I will provide you with golf instructions. I'm a non-smoker, good health, drug free, and no pets. I'm very self-sufficient in my daily tasks, and I don't cook or use the internet. (My son posts the Craigs List entries.) Looking for a short term 6 month lease with a move-in date as early as May 1.
