Seeking professional Armed Security Officers who embody a disciplined mindset and take pride in maintaining safety, visibility, and professionalism. This role requires individuals who are reliable, situationally aware, and capable of representing Dauntless Protection Agency at a high standard. Our guards are thoroughly skilled in de-escalation and defensive tactics to handle situations with justifiable means as set by ARS Chapter 13-403.
SHIFTS ARE 9 AM - 9 PM
POST LOCATION: FLAGSTAFF 1.5 miles North of Flagstaff Mall
-Maintain a visible armed security presence at assigned posts
-Conduct patrols and monitor assigned areas to deter criminal activity
-Enforce property rules, policies, and procedures professionally
-Write clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
-Respond to incidents and emergencies using sound judgment
-Communicate effectively with clients, management, and local law enforcement when necessary
-Clear communication on radio transmissions and effective use of codes
-Follow Chain of Command
-Represent Dauntless Protection Agency with professionalism and strong customer service
