Lance camper 835 8-ft 6 in. Has new kitchen backsplash, wallpaper, water pump, battery everything else is operational and works, including the propane. The furnace blows a fuse- blower motor that needs replacement. A small amount of moisture peeling on the interior wallpaper at the cab over left side ceiling. It was resealed long ago but the appearance of the wallpaper still shows.

There was a slight leak under the bathroom sink at one point which caused the floor area to rot out on the left rear below the water heater and that's caused the structural tie down loop to pull out.
Not a big deal to repair if you watch a video or 2.

Overall, it's a worthwhile camper if someone is willing to put in the time to replace the floorboard or install a footer to reinforce the tie down loop.
