Hi there! I am offering the master bedroom in my apartment up to take over. It is 1085 dollars a month, and ends July 31st, 2024. The apartment complex is called The Ridge at Clear Creek. There is someone living in the standard bedroom currently, but she is quiet and keeps to herself. The utilities are split between roommates and costs me roughly 50-60 dollars a month. The amenities include an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, private bathroom, a walk in closet, and a patio. They wipe the pet fee if your cat is ESA approved, which is what they did for my cat, which was nice. They also have a 24 hour gym, volleyball court, racquetball court, and other cool things around the community. There's also nice grass areas around the complex if you have a dog.

I really like this place and living here, the only reason I'm posting my lease up is because I am trying to downsize and find a 1 bedroom with my boyfriend so we can split the rent so it's a little cheaper for us.
