Looking for 1 roommate for a cute townhome near Thorpe Park with a move in date of June 1st. The lease is 12 months. The location is ideal, since we are within walking distance of downton in a quiet area. We are also near bus stops making commuting really easy. We are also close to NAU.

Roommate will share a bathroom, but there is also a half bath downstairs. The kitchen and downstairs bathroom was recently renovated. We have a washer dryer in the house. In addition, we have a small yard with patio furniture. There is also plenty of storage in the house and garage for a vehicle and camping equipment. The room is quite small but it can fit a full size bed, a dresser, and a desk. This is perfect if you do not have too many things. There is a closet and storage in the upstairs landing and downstairs. Rough measurements of the room are 112" long ×114.5" wide.

We like to garden in the summer and I am also an avid baker and cook. There is space in the side and backyard for plants. We are also a short distance to hiking trails, a disc golf course, and Francis Short Pond.

Please no couples, or pets. Graduate students and professionals only. I and my roommate are two people in our 30's, so we would give preference to someone around the same age. We keep things quiet and relaxed around the house without wild parties or noise. The neighborhood and complex is mainly families.

The rent is $760 per month and utilities are usually around $50-$70 per person depending on the time of year. There is a deposit fee of $400. The property management company requires a background and credit check. There is a $35 application fee.

I'd be happy to answer any questions, please message me with a short bio about you and for more details
