About the house:
This house is nice (you would not see that from the outside) and only a few blocks from downtown on a quiet street. Room has good lighting, mirrored closet doors, engineered wood flooring.
There is also a unique living area which looks out to the back yard, medium-sized kitchen with all stainless modern appliances, double oven with 5 burner (gas) cook top + convection oven, large microwave with convection oven, double door side by side refrigerator. The bathroom (shared) is modern and elegant with travertine stone flooring and walls, good lighting and black walnut wood cabinetry.
The house is clean and organized and it is a peaceful place to live. The neighbors are extremely quite and respectful. The backyard is very private and has an open plan with a circular seating area built in place around a gas burning campfire.
There is no additional storage space other than a place by the front door for one bike.
ALL utilities, water, gas, internet, electricity are included. Rent is $950.00
Security deposit is $600.0
This is a one-year lease beginning August 1, 2026
