Downstairs is an open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen with lots of light, leading out onto a private patio with a bistro table, chairs and a shade umbrella. The kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso machine, small self-timing electric oven, full electric range, and all the pots and pans you'll need if you like to cook. There's also a microwave, toaster and fridge freezer. Laundry is completely free and available on-site, just a few yards from the unit. Off street parking is available right outside.
Upstairs (these are steep, not suitable if you have mobility issues) is the private bedroom and the bathroom (shared, when I'm there). The room is fully furnished with a futon-style three-quarters sized bed, a study desk, chest of drawers and a built in closet - it's suitable for one person only, no couples thank you. I can supply bedding and towels if you need them - perfect if you're flying in from out of town. The bathroom has a high-flow shower.
This could be the ideal place for you if you're a mature/grad student or visiting researcher, who wants to live close to campus but not in a student complex. Or if you live in Phoenix and work part-time in Flagstaff. I'm a professional woman, world traveler and freelancer who works part time from home but takes long trips away for work.
Rent - $900/mo includes ALL utilities and high speed wifi internet. A $1000 security deposit is required to secure the room - fully refundable on day of move-out, providing the terms of the sublease have been complied with. There's no application fee. A shorter term rental period may be available - contact me for details.
