Well-educated, professional, meticulous and highly-skilled carpenter, framer, handyman, and custom home designer (high-end/luxury + 2D/3D CAD expert) with my own tools. Looking for a temporary, seasonal or long-term place to park an RV while establishing myself in Arizona.
No RV water or dump site needed, however, that or restroom access would be a bonus. Just need to plug in an extension cord for basic charging (tools, phone, LED light, and mini-fridge).
Available for:
Turnovers, property maintenance/upkeep, demo, decluttering/estates, doors, windows, flooring, siding, hardscaping, fences/gates, decks, roof/gutter cleaning, basic elect and plumbing fixtures, etc.
Depending on the amount of work you may need or accommodations you can offer, I will offer some barter or trade (property caretaker, handyman, maintenance, security, etc) and/or a very reasonable hourly or fixed daily rate.
FLIPPING R.E. investment opportunities would be considered (60/40 --- you buy property, I do design, drawings, demo, remodel, landscaping, etc.)
