I am selling a 15 acre parcel near the I-40 freeway east of Flagstaff near the east edge of Coconino County.

It's rural and remote but within 10-15 minutes of shopping and the closest town--Winslow.

There's a dirt road there going east about a mile and a half after you get off the freeway exit to top of parcel number 4 in the next the last photo). Also a power line running roughly along the south edge of the property but no other improvements. This used to be ranch land many years ago.

If you zoom in on last photo, the small white arrow is on the land with the dirt access road along the north edge.


The soil is good, the ground is flat, you have some small mountains to the north but basically open area and virtually no neighbors. Probably no neighbors to the east as that's government land.

Basic directions are: from the I-40 Freeway and Exit 245 go east on the dirt north frontage road right along the freeway roughly a mile, then the road goes to the left for a little, then take the first right and my property is after the trailers on the right, and continues about 750 more feet to the end of the road. The South edge of the property is roughly 1000 ft to the south about where the power line is.
