This is a new Weathershield, Next Generation, Sliding Patio Door. The actual dimensions are 81 1/4” wide by 99” in height. It has simulated divided lites in both the transom and the door panels. The interior wood is made of premium pine and is clear coated, while the exterior is a white extruded aluminum in a heavier gauge. It also has a built in No -SEE -UM screen door. The glass is a Zo-E shield, ultimate solar shield, and is coated with neat, making it easier to clean the glass. Weathershield has devised a patented gliding system on the door, which makes it easy to open, even with a finger. Every aspect of the door is made with high quality materials and it comes with warranties on all the major components of the door. We purchased it and it came in incorrect, the door was supposed to open on the left side rather than the right; hence we had to reorder it. The door retails around $9,000, but we are asking $2,500 OBO.
