This is a new Weathershield Next Generation Sliding Patio Door. The actual dimensions are 81 1/4” wide by 99” in height. It has simulated divided lite in both the door panels and the transom. The interior door is a clear coated finished pine interior with a 4 9/16” jamb depth, and a white aluminum exterior. It also has a NO-SEE-UM sliding screen mesh door. The glass is a Zo-E Shield 5, ultimate solar control, and coated with neat glass, making it easier to clean. Weathershield has a patent on the door sliding system. When you unlock the door it lifts up making it easy to open, even with one finger. Every aspect of this door is made with high quality materials. There are warranties from the manufacturer on the glass, and other components of the unit. Unfortunately, the door was ordered from the factory incorrectly for this job. Normally, the cost is around $9,000, but we are offering it at $4,500. This is a great purchase for someone in need of a high quality sliding patio door.
