We are looking for an experienced Framer to join our team.
This role is focused primarily on hands on framing work, with the opportunity to take on a lead role on active job sites if needed and qualified.
Strong framing experience and professional references are required.
**Some Responsibilities Include**
-Performing all aspects of residential framing.
-Assisting with job site coordination if necessary.
-Helping keep projects running smoothly on site if necessary.
-Being able to clock in and out using the company time-tracking app.
-Safely lifting and carrying lumber of varying weights.
-Climbing and working at heights as required.
**Requirements**
-Being able to work with others
-Proven framing experience
-Ability to provide references
-Strong communication skills with everyone
-Physical ability to meet job demands
