We are looking for a maintenance technician to undertake the responsibility of maintaining and preserving the apartment complex under the direction of the manager/owner. This will include day-to-day-activities such as: unit turnovers, maintenance requests from tenants, completing scheduled maintenance of the buildings, etc.
Our maintenance tech must be reliable, courteous, and professional.
The goal of this position is to help us provide clean, affordable, and attractive housing for current and prospective tenants.
