Hiring: Flooring Laborer / Installer Helper
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Flooring Laborer to join our team. We specialize in cabinetry and flooring and are looking for someone ready to work hard and grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
Site Prep: Remove old flooring, clean and level subfloors, and clear debris.
Material Handling: Help load/unload heavy materials (tiles, rolls of carpet, tools) and move them to work areas.
Installation Support: Assist lead installers with measuring, cutting materials, and applying sound-deadening or decorative coverings.
Maintenance: Keep the job site organized and ensure all tools are cleaned and stored properly at the end of the day.
What We’re Looking For:
Reliability: You show up on time every day, ready to work.
Physical Fitness: This is a physically demanding job that requires heavy lifting and long periods of kneeling.
Willingness to Learn: Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who wants to learn the trade.
Transportation: You must have a reliable way to get to job sites.
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $18.00-22.00 per hour, based on experience.
