Reason for sale: We are remodeling our home and would love to trade for a similar model but in a different colour to match our new colour scheme going on(wood tones, brown, green). The leather colour is called "Ivory", it is a creamy off-white, and is also an extra expense. I think it fits especially in a more modern or contemporary home.
As you can see in the photos, it is pretty new. Cosmetically I would rate it a solid 8.5/10, a couple tiny minor blemishes if you really look for them and a spot of slight natural discoloration because it is genuine leather. There are no tears or rips, nor any wear on the back from rubbing. In preparation for sale, I spent a few hours and $60 in products cleaning and conditioning it. The leather is supple, hydrated, and ready for a new home!
