If the listing is up, this is still available. I will edit occssionally to answer folks' questions.

Our 1989 Sunline Saturn, 17-foot, is a real cutie. We are selling because we are moving and have to downsize. The plumbing all works on city pressure EXCEPT for a leak at the input to the toilet. The electrical is new and works great. The propane stove works great. The windows are original and perfect. White curtains and white interior for a lighter look. Previous owner replaced the couch with a stationary bed featuring a *12-inch memory foam mattress, between twin and full-size. She replaced the original dinette with a couch that pulls out to another approximately twin-size bed with custom sunshiney upholstery. We loved it for camping in the woods throughout Flagstaff's nice seasons!
- 3-burner propane stove
- Propane forced-air heater (see below)
- Electric fridge and new LED light fixtures
- Two beds
- Wheel blocks, stabilizers, brand new jack & automatic foot, and sewage hose included

Towing:
- the rear runner lights need a 7-pin connection to work. If you have a 5-pin connection on your vehicle and use an adapter, only the rear 'headlights' & turn signals work.
- Requires a two inch ball hitch for towing

But it's also a project camper. See below:

Issues:
- the furnace built into the camper only blows cold air. From what I’ve read, it’s likely due to one malfunctioning piece (sail switch, thermacoupler, or igniter), so it shouldn’t need a whole new furnace. Regardless I’m passing on the Buddy heater I used when I was in the camper. This kept the camper warm enough in freezing temperatures, so you should be totally fine in normal camping circumstances
- The floor underneath the bathroom is spongey. You'd probably want to tear that part of the floor up and check for water damage.
- The water input to the toilet leaks. [We never used the plumbing until we tested it to sell, so it hasn't been leaking continuously.]
- We have never tested the electric water pump.
- The shower corner has a spongey spot indicating a leak from outside.
- A piece of the weather seal is pulling off on the front of the camper (see photo)
- The awning does not work, it was poorly installed long ago. See picture.
- The door: The frame is cracked at a weld, so the door does not align and lock properly. This is likely an issue with the camper's *shell, perhaps an expensive or time-consuming issue. The door can be secured closed for driving and I’ve heard of portable lock systems you may be able to use if needed. Happily, I don't see any cracks in the frame.
- Built in 1989, so too old for most longterm-rental trailer parks if that was on your radar.

For these reasons, the price is still fairly flexible. I recommend Buddy's Welding and RV Repair in Flagstaff for questions and repairs on the door weld.

Pickup only please! Cash only please. Text or email if interested.

If you would like to test the interior lights, please bring a generator, as we are unable to hook it up at our current location.
