Mother Road Brewing Company is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our Tap Room kitchen in Flagstaff, Arizona.
The purpose of Mother Road Brewing Company is to build community one pint at a time. We're looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about food, hospitality, team development, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
• Coach and mentor kitchen crew members
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards
• Verify timecards and complete administrative duties
• Maintain company policies and procedures
• Help cultivate an outstanding food experience in our Tap Room
Qualifications
• 5+ years of kitchen experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work weekends
Love of craft beer, travel, the outdoors, history, and the American Southwest is a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
• $45,000-$55,000 annual salary plus tips
