Luminous Breathwork Training
This training is a highly experiential and transformative program designed to support both personal growth and professional development.
Participants will engage in the process as both students and facilitators, allowing for a well-rounded and immersive learning experience. Through Luminous Breathwork, you will have the opportunity to explore deep levels of healing and self-awareness. Breathwork supports the release of deeply held energy and trauma stored within the body and mind, including experiences that may have been unconsciously suppressed as part of the body’s natural self-preservation response. Many individuals find this work helpful in cultivating a greater sense of clarity, balance, and overall well-being.
Luminous Breathwork is designed to guide participants beyond habitual mental and physical patterns, creating space for deeper energetic awareness. Each individual’s experience is unique, and the process unfolds at a pace that supports personal readiness and comfort.
Training Structure
The training is approximately 4 hours per day and includes both giving and receiving breathwork sessions. Participants will learn the foundational breathing techniques, as well as how to hold a supportive and intentional space for clients. Emphasis is placed on creating a safe, grounded environment that encourages ease and openness throughout the process.
Curriculum Includes:
Breathwork techniques and facilitation
Understanding and supporting emotional release, including trauma
Energy awareness and alignment
The role of sound and frequency in the process
Introduction to aromatherapy
Basic astrology and symbolism
Participants will also gain experience working in one-on-one sessions, with couples, and in group settings.
Usui Reiki is required prior to this class.
