I'm hiring IMMEDIATELY For a SKILLED Laborer (South of The Grand Canyon | NE of Valle)
***I PREFER someone LOCAL from Valle, Or a Nomad!***
It would be about once a week for 5 hours a day in the mornings, and as it gets hotter start time would be earlier.
Day of the week is flexible, depending on both of our availability. This position is for the summer, however if it works out for both of us I am also looking for help in the winter as needed, and weather permitting. I currently lost the person who had this year round position (after 3 years) due to health issues.

My Off Grid 43 acre Homestead is south of the Grand Canyon, 9 miles NE of Valle!
I also own a property closer to Williams, It is located 14 miles north of the I-40, and 2 miles off of Hwy 64. Most of the time it would be at my property closest to Valle, however I will need some help once and a while at my property closer to Williams.
I am looking for someone to help me with Basic Labor needs at both places. There is a lot of lifting and moving things around for me. You must be able to lift between 40-50 lbs. I also need help fixing things like fences and gates, small engines and running them too. I also have 2 gardens, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. Basically I am looking for someone to help with what ever is needed.
You also need "Basic Skills and PROVEN" Experience in:
-Basic Carpentry
-Plumbing and Rain Catchment
-Solar and Electrical
-Mechanical (small and large engines, such as chipper, weed eater, , and generators, and my vehicles)
-Painting
-CHAINSAW (MUST know how to properly; run one, work on it, clean it, and correctly sharpen it too, TOTAL care in other words
I have solar here, generators, water catchment, his/hers composting toilet, and an outdoor shower.
YOU:
MUST HAVE: Your OWN WORKING Cell Phone (Verizon is the best out here)
MUST HAVE: Your OWN vehicle! We're off grid and 4 miles down an unmaintained dirt road. The first 2 miles are semi-maintained. Cars and RV's can make it if you
know how to drive off road.
MUST HAVE: Excellent Organizational and Communicational Skills!
YOU MUST: Take pride in your work, and pay attention to details!
MUST: Pass a background test (no theft, heavy drugs, or violence (if over 10 years old might be accepted))
MUST BE: Trustworthy, dependable, and honest
MUST BE: A team player and able to work independently
MUST BE: In VERY good physical condition
MUST BE: Able to lift 40+lbs!
I am at 6200' elevation. Right now the average temperatures are in the 70's-80's in the daytime, and the 40's-50's at night. If you want to get a better idea of the current weather conditions, check out Valle, AZ. weather conditions, although I am 200' higher than Valle.
The National Forest is not to far from me where you can camp for free if you'd like.
State Trust Land is next door, however they do charge a fee for their permit
I do have RV/Camper spots onsite if you would prefer, however I do require a $75 deposit paid upfront for the site, which is totally refundable when you leave the site how you found it! I only allow a Limited number of pets at my camping spots. So please ask upfront if you have pets. ALL RV's and Campers MUST be Self-Contained, however I do allow tent camping!
(This Job turns into a 1099 position if your pay reaches $600 in wages or more) So if you don't want to work for a 1099 position then I can only offer you 29.75 hours of work for the remainder of this year, and the same for next year. PLEASE let me know if that's the case!
