***Participation in all school skills activities and all sports skills activities requires that all parties assume their own risks by engaging in them. A student’s ability will be measured on the first meeting after a waiver is signed. If the tutor/sports instructor does not feel the student’s ability matches with the activity, the activity will be terminated and parents notified immediately.
Parents of students under the age of 18 are required to stay present at the tutoring/sports skills sessions unless specific arrangements are made with the tutor and the session occurs in a public place such as a library or a cafe. Your children’s safety is my utmost priority.
