Le Journal Du Patissier is a French magazine for Pastry Chefs, Chocolatier's, Confectioners and caterers.
This is from my personal library and they include the binder (rare) that holds a full year (12 issues) per binder
There are 7 binders with 12 issues each for a total of 77 issues. Years 2003-2009 The 7th binder has the first 5 issues of 2009
There are numerous great recipes both in French and English as well as information on equipment and supplies
These are all in mint condition and very hard to even find even on Ebay
