SM 600 vintage collectors item first generation mountain bike from Cannondale made right here in the USA. Rumor has it that this was the first one to be shipped to Arizona in the 1980's. Cosmic Cycles (RIP) still has their build sticker on there from the purchase. This bike is a piece of history and so cool. Make it yours- rat bike it with custom 1x shifting and bars. Keep it stock to maintain it's history and admire how far mountain bikes have come in the last 40 years. This bike was dearly loved and used very little. I'd like to see it live on.

24" rear and 26" front the OG mullet before mullets were cool then lame then cool again.
Yellow- rare color and even rarer in this condition.
Will come with rack and stock saddle (picture at bottom), not red saddle.

What needs work- this bike wasn't ridden for many years and has some rusty spots and a creaky bottom bracket. I've put about 70 miles on it and it actually feels great and still shifts well with the stock shifting. It's missing paint in places, it happens.

$500 (comparable modeles on ebay now are 550-750). No shipping. Thanks for admiring this classic beauty.
