Used by Pastry Chefs to cook sugar for decorations and or caramel
The dimensions are; 7 1/4 inches wide x 4 inches tall and with the handle it is 13 1/2 inches, probably at least 2 qt capacity maybe a little more.
This will go great with the sugar thermometer and hand pump that I also have listed on Craigslist
