I just bought this house and I'm not a spa guy.

Looking at options online I'm guessing this was $3500 to $4500 new and it looks new. Great deal at $2500 but I understand it's a bit of work to move so let's call it a grand. I see the cover alone goes for $400. And those sweet steps... priceless. Ha

5' x 6.5' I count 27 jets.

The spa guy that took care of it for previous owners may be able to help you move it.

Also not a grill guy so that needs a new home too.
