Hi there! For a Reassignment/Lease Takeover, you will need to find someone to take it over by posting on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc. Once you have found someone that would like to take it over, please email us their contact info: full name, email, and phone number. DO NOT have them start an application as they will need to go through a different process in order to apply which I will let them know how to do. Please note that the deadline for summer Reassignments is May 30th so if you did find someone to have your lease reassigned to, their entire process would need to be complete, and they would need to be moved in by May 30th at the latest.

They will be taking over for the current market base rent price which is $1499.00. I have included an itemized list below of all costs they would be required to pay for an Unfurnished Studio floorplan:

$1499.00 Base Rent (does not include utilities)

$25/month wifi (communications fee)

$14 Renter's Insurance (property liability waiver), available to opt out of if they have their own qualifying renter's insurance

$8 Rentistry Credit Builder (available to opt out of)

Utilities (based on usage), usually around $X though it is based on usage

$110/month for Uncovered and Covered Parking

OPTIONAL: Pet Rent $40/month

OPTIONAL: One-Time Pet Fee $300

That person’s move-in date would be dependent on your move out date as we do need 5 business days in between your move out date and their move in date to get their bedroom move-in ready for them. Their Lease end date would be 07/31/2024. Their first rental installment will be due on the 1st of the month they signed their lease in, if they sign their lease after the 1st of the month, the current leaseholder (you) is responsible for the rental installment.
